A beautiful villa for 4 persons

Villa Livia is a beautiful Tuscan villa with modern furnishings. The villa is located a short distance from the historical centre of Lucca and is suitable for 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms with all single beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. There is a large outdoor terrace with bbq. The well maintained garden and the swimming pool you share with the nearby villa Locumone (8 persons). It is possible to rent both Bike Villas together (total of 12 persons). For the safe storage of your bike there is a bike center with maintenance materials. The cycling possibilities in this region are endless: good tarmac roads through sloping vineyards and olive groves, straight roads, alpine climbs such as the mythical Mount Serra -which towers over Lucca- or Pizzorne and even off-road alternatives. In the area there are also plenty of opportunities for culinary activities such as wine tasting, cooking and olive oil making! These can be booked through the owner. Facilities such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the historical cities Lucca, Florence and Pisa are at short (car) distance.
